Initial Consultation of
Wants and Must Haves
Come sit down with our team and tell us exactly what you want. Together, we'll put a plan in place to make your dream home real.
Meet with Our Architect
Tell our architect what you want, we'll get the plans drawn within budget, and approved by you. We'll then get the permit to build from the City and get started as soon as possible!
Prepare Construction Site
and Pour Foundation
Laying down the foundation of the home is one of the most important steps in the building process! We can do slabs, raised slabs, crawl spaces, and pylon foundations depending on the area, budget and environment.
Choose Your Finishes
Now's the time to choose everything! Your cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, lights, finishes, siding, roof, brick, etc! This is by far the most exciting part and we'll guide you on what items remain in budget and what items will be an upgrade.
Complete Rough Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC
The shell of the home is built, also known as the skeleton of the house, and then we have the siding, roof, and windows installed. At that time, the plumbers, HVAC, Ductwork, and electrical crews get to work and finish their installations.
Install Insulation, Complete Drywall, Interior Fixtures, and Start Exterior Finishes
Time to cover the "skeleton" of the home!
Insulation is put in, then drywall, sanding, painting
and exterior finishes like brick, stone, etc are installed.
Finish Interior Trim,
Install Exterior Walkways
and Driveway
Now the doors, window sills, and decorative trim, cabinets, vanities, fireplace mantles are installed and the final coat of paint goes on. At this time, we pour the exterior concrete like the driveway and walkways.
Install Hard Surface Flooring, Countertops; Complete Exterior Grading
Tile, vinyl, countertops and wood flooring are installed. Then, the Exterior finish grading is completed to ensure proper drainage away from the home and to prepare your yard for landscaping.
Finish Mechanical Trims; Install Bathroom Fixtures
Light fixtures, outlets and switches are installed and the electrical panel is completed. HVAC equipment is installed and registers completed. Sinks, toilets and faucets are put in place.
Install Mirrors, Shower Doors; Finish Flooring, Exterior Landscaping
Mirrors, shower doors and carpeting are installed and final cleanup takes place. Trees, shrubs and grass are planted and other exterior landscaping completed.
Final Walk-Through
This is the time we walk together throughout the house and spot the items that need to be completed. We'll go over the features and operations of various systems and components and explain your responsibilities for maintenance and upkeep, as well as warranty coverage and procedures.
Keys to Your Home
The final step! Now we get the final papers are signed to make sure everything transfers over smoothly to the new owners. You get the keys, contacts to all of the workers who worked on your house, and we'll schedule our one year check up on your home. This is the time to celebrate!
